Shipping Policy

​At Allure, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and with the utmost care.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Charges: Fixed Shipping charge of Rs. 150 is applicable on orders less than Rs. 2000. Free shipping is available on select orders.

  • Order Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • Delivery Areas: We currently ship across India.

  • Delays & Exceptions: Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, customs, courier issues) are beyond our control, but we will assist in tracking your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Allure, we strive to provide you with high-quality home décor. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below:

  • Eligibility:

    • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products.

    • Requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order.

    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging.

  • Process:

    1. Email us at info@allurebyjas.in with images of the product and order details.

    2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or exchange process.

    3. Upon approval, we will facilitate the return process and you will be required to handover the product to the shipping agent.

    4. Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange or issue refund.

  • Non-Returnable Items:​

    • Minor variations in color or texture (as these are handcrafted items)

  • Refunds:

    • Once we receive and check your returned item, we’ll email you and process your refund within 5-7 working days via the original payment method.

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
